Yarn consumption: 60 g.
Tools: hook No. 3, knitting needle.
The knitting density of the main mating is: Pg = 1.55 loops per cm, Pv = 1.25 rows per cm.
Size: length of the foot is 24 cm.

Very simple in the performance of slippers are crocheted by elongated posts without a crochet . If you tie them from thick yarn - get slippers, out of yarn thinner - are tracked. Such slippers will suit both adults and children. They are comfortable to wear and fit well on the leg.

Calculation of loops for knitting slippers

You will need the following measurements: the length of the foot and the circumference of the foot in the metatars (at the widest point). In my case, the length of the foot Dc = 24 cm, the circumference of the foot Oc = 23 cm.  The density of knitting horizontally is multiplied by the circumference of the foot and rounded to an integer: Px x Oc = 1.55 x 23 = 36 - we need to associate so many bars along the width slippers.
The length of the slipper from the toe to the heel is equal to the length of the foot minus half the width of the heel. The width of the heel is ¼ of the length of the foot. You can focus on the following values: for adult sizes, half the width of the heel is 3 - 3.5 cm, for children 2 - 2.5 cm. So, the length of the slipper from the beginning of the toe to the heel is 24 - 3 = 21 cm or Pg x 21 = 1, 25 x 21 = 26 rows.

Sequence of work

We begin knitting with a toe . In the initial ring we knit 6 elongated columns without a crochet including 2 air lifting loops. We close the circle with a connecting post. Next we knit in a circle obeying the rule of the circle until we get 36 bars (these are 6 rows, including the first 6 columns connected to the initial ring). Knitting Pattern:
1 row: 6 elongated columns without a crochet in the initial ring;
2 rows: * 2 long bars without a crochet in one loop * - repeat 6 times;
3 rows: * 2 elongated columns without a crochet in one loop, 1 extended column without a crochet, * - repeat 6 times;
4 rows: * 2 elongated posts without a crochet in one loop, 2 elongated posts without a crochet * - repeat 6 times;
5 row: * 2 elongated posts without a crochet in one loop, 3 elongated posts without a crochet * - repeat 6 times;
6 row: * 2 elongated posts without a crochet in one loop, 4 elongated posts without a crochet * - repeat 6 times;
Note: if you have a number less than 36 by calculation, then in the 6th row you need to add a smaller number of columns, evenly distributing them in a circle. If you need to link more bars - add them in the 7th row. Read more about how to tie a mouse of the desired shape .
Next, we continue to knit in a circle without increments until the toe does not close the bone of the thumb. I have 10 cm or 14 rows.
Then we start knitting the middle part of the slipper. The middle part is 2/3 of the 36 columns, that is, 24 columns. We knit with turning rows 26 - 14 = 12 rows.
Then we knit another row with simple stitches without a crochet and begin knitting the heel with simple stitches without a crochet with short rows. See in detail how to crochet shortened rows . We distribute the loops for knitting the heel as follows: divide the loops of the middle part into three (24/3). We get that the central part of the heel and the side parts make up 8 loops. If you have one loop in the remainder - attach it to the central part. If two - to the side.

Slipper is almost ready. It remains to wrap it around the edge of the posts without a crochet and then another row of connecting posts.
